Coaching is about inspiring, listening, questioning, inviting self-assessment, challenging, developing options, helping with goal setting and giving positive and candid feedback - thereby enhancing the performance and learning abilities, on the job, of colleagues. This course uses current models and thinking, such as NLP, to enable participants to explore effective approaches to coaching others and to develop their own coaching skills.
