Effective leaders have to balance many demanding roles – frequently under pressure. This comprehensive and practical programme has been designed to enable team leaders and managers to enhance understanding of the impact of their leadership style, and thereby build a motivated and productive team. The programme links recent concepts of leadership with practical applications, case studies and exercises. This workshop is highly participative, and provides delegates with an opportunity to address the real challenges they face at work.

A follow-up workshop can be included to reinforce and extend the learning experiences of the original course. It also enables participants to share their experiences with others in order to build on successes and overcome difficulties.
